I loved my stay at this hotel. The location was excellent and right next to a mall. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and even offered laundry services. Plus, the room was spacious, clean, and well-designed.

We had a great romantic escape at this hotel. the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated the complimentary laundry services and the unlimited water provided. the location is also convenient, with a shopping mall nearby and various restaurants to choose from.
The restaurant did not offer much variety, and the buffet style made it uncomfortable to dine. some of the dishes seemed repetitive and were not very appealing.

The breakfast had a few options even though it was small. The room was tidy and clean with all the basic comforts. The location is perfect as it is just a few steps away from a shopping mall and supermarket where you can buy all your necessities. Plus, there was a free shuttle service provided for airport dropoff which was convenient.
The hotel staff only spoke Chinese and the language barrier made communicating a challenge. , the room had no warm atmosphere and did not suit the Christmas spirit.

We had a luxurious stay in this hotel, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all our needs. the service was exceptional, with attentive staff who went the extra mile to ensure our comfort. the garden area was a peaceful retreat from the bustling city, while the leisure room offered a range of entertainment options.
The only minor issue we encountered was with the in-room breakfast, which could have had more variety. this was quickly resolved when we dined at the on-site restaurant.

This hotel provides exceptional service. the rooms are well designed and clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They offer complimentary laundry for 3 pieces of clothing every day, as well as complimentary beverages. the location is also great, with the Vanke mall close by.
The hotel is quite far from the downtown area.

The rooms were spacious, modern and exceptionally clean. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially David. Location was excellent, next to a shopping mall with many restaurants nearby. Complimentary breakfast and laundry services were a nice touch.
Couldn't find any faults at all.
